Director of McConville Risk Solutions, Daniel McConville, started McConville Risk Solutions after a successful career in Risk Management in the corporate world. He identified his experience could be suited in assisting small to medium businesses work through the maze of OHS legislation and Food Safety compliance. A qualified chef and certified auditor, with international experience, he has seen a compliance commonality need across all industries. The approach Daniel applies is not to offer set solutions but to tailor solutions to suit individual business needs, whether it’s for food safety or workplace compliance.
Daniel believes that working through the issues with you, helping you identify the causes and then designing a specific solution achieves far better outcomes than an ‘off the shelf’ solution.
Daniel works with a team of national consultants who have a broad range of experience across industries, from food manufacturing to hospitality, corporate to warehousing and from education to recycling and manufacturing.
McConville OHS and Risk Solutions operates at a national level, with consultants working across Australia. All consultants are qualified and experienced in OH&S and are equipped with real industry experience having held operational and senior Health and Safety roles within major corporations.
Today McConville OHS and Risk Solutions are recognised as food safety specialists and work with some of Australia’s largest providers.

Daniel McConville is a certified Food Safety specialist and auditor with the internationally recognised organisation Exemplar Global, holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is an approved trainer with WorkSafe Victoria.
All management systems are developed in accordance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, CODEX HACCP or the international standard for Food Safety Management – ISO2200.
